How does the billing work with the DKV Mobility Card?
If you have saved the DKV Mobility card as a payment method in your 'At work'
account, every 'at work' parking transaction will be charged directly to DKV
immediately after completion.
How do I choose the payment method in Parkster Complete?
Open your Parkster app and tap on “More” at the bottom right.
Tap on “My Pages”.
Here you can see at a glance which email address you are registered with at
Parkster and which payment method is linked.
To change the payment method, tap on the current payment method under “Payment
Type”. All payment options will be displayed to you.
You can choose whether you want to pay once a month or immediately after
finishing a parking session. Tap on the desired payment method and follow the
instructions. Don’t forget to “Confirm”.
What is Parkster Complete?
Parkster Complete is the successor to Parkster Plus and offers you practical,
paid additional features:
Parkster Complete provides you with an overpayment protection that reminds you
to end your parking ticket when leaving the parking space.
You can set up a family account and invite up to 3 family members to family
parking. All parking transactions initiated through family parking will be
collected and billed on a separate family invoice.
With Parkster Complete, you can freely choose between monthly billing via email
invoice or debit/credit card charge, or direct payment via PayPal, debit, or
credit card. The iOS operating system also offers Apple Pay as a direct payment
method.
With Parkster Complete, you also participate in the Parkster Climate Aid. For
every 20th Complete parking transaction of our users, a tree is planted.
The service fee for Parkster Complete is 0.50 EUR per parking transaction.
Direct payment for Parkster Plus users
As a Parkster Plus user, you can now choose whether to pay monthly or
immediately after the end of your parking session.
As part of your Parkster Plus membership, you can pay directly with PayPal,
debit, or credit card. If you are an iOS user, Apple Pay is also available to
you.
Update your Parkster app.
Open the Parkster app and tap on “More” at the bottom right, then tap on “My
Pages.” Under Payment Method, your current payment method will be displayed. Tap
on the arrow to the right of your payment method.
Tap on the desired payment method under “Pay directly.” Follow the instructions
and save the entered data.
Your new direct payment method will be displayed under “Payment Method.”
When parking, select the correct parking zone, set your expected parking time,
choose the correct license plate, and start your parking session.
According to the selected parking duration, a parking fee will be reserved. You
can extend your parking session as usual or end it early. The actual parking fee
corresponding to the parking time will be calculated and charged after stopping
the parking session. The reservation will be released.
Does Parkster send e-invoices?
Starting from January 1st 2025, invoices to our business customers will be sent
as eInvoices.

What is an eInvoice and when do I need it?
An electronic invoice (eInvoice) is an invoice issued in a structured format
that is transmitted and received electronically, allowing for automatic and
electronic processing.
The eInvoice regulation, which will come into effect on January 1st 2025,
applies exclusively to business-to-business (B2B) transactions.
The following are exempt from the eInvoice regulation:
* Small amounts under 250 EUR gross
* Services provided by small businesses
* Services rendered to legal entities that are not businesses, such as
associations or government institutions

How can I add the DKV Mobility card as a payment method in the Parkster app?
The DKV Mobility Card is a payment method within the Parkster 'At work' parking
service.
Do you already have a 'At work' account?
Open your Parkster app and tap 'More' in the bottom right corner. Tap 'At work'
in the menu and then 'Change payment method'. Select the DKV Mobility Card, tap
'Save payment method selection', and follow the subsequent instructions. Please
remember to save after entering the card details.
Don't have an 'At work' account yet?
Tap 'More' in the lower part of the app screen and then tap 'At work'. Activate
the service. Follow the instructions and enter the required information. Select
the DKV Mobility Card as your payment method.
What should I do if my DKV Mobility card cannot be linked in the Parkster app?
Is the DKV card number typed in correctly?
Is your DKV card still valid?
If you can answer both questions with yes, but the card still cannot be
registered, please contact DKV customer support at info@dkv-mobility.com and
have your card checked there.
What is At work parking and how do I use it?
Do you often park as part of your professional activities and then reimburse
these costs with your employer or client? Or can you deduct your parking costs
for tax purposes? Then our service 'At work parking' is exactly the right choice
for you.
This allows you to separate your business parking transactions from your private
parking transactions, and you will receive a separate invoice from us for both.
In the app, tap on 'More' at the bottom of the screen and then tap on 'At work'.
Activate the service. Enter your private address and add either the company name
or the desired reference in the designated field. Choose the payment method.
The service fee for Dienstlich Parken is 0.60 EUR including VAT per parking
transaction.
Please note! Your At work invoices issued in October 2024 and earlier have a
different IBAN than your private invoices. The correct IBAN is always printed on
the invoice. You can find out more about this here.
Where can I park with Parkster as a DKV Mobility member?
In all of Germany, at all available Parkster locations.
In Austria, the use is currently not possible.
However, it is possible to use the service with the Austrian card in Germany.

Can my family and I share an account?
Yes, if you have activated Parkster Plus.
The administrator sets up a family account and can invite up to three family
members. Subsequently, all parking transactions initiated through family parking
will be collected and billed on a separate invoice.
You and all participating family members just need to tap on the Family field in
the app before parking. You can see the selection buttons directly above the
Choose Vehicle and Park options.

email.
Parkster Plus provides you with an overpayment protection that reminds you to
end your parking ticket when leaving the parking space.

With Parkster Plus, you participate in the Parkster Climate Aid. For every 20th
Plus parking transaction of our users, a tree is planted.

The service fee for Parkster Plus is 0.39 EUR including VAT per parking
transaction.
What is the difference between Business parking and At work parking?
With Business parking, your employer manages all parking transactions and pays
the monthly bill. In order to park this way, your employer must invite you via
email or SMS.
With At work parking, the account management and the responsibility for payment
lie with you. The settled invoice can then be submitted to your employer for
reimbursement, for example, as part of an expense report.
You set up the At work account yourself in the app.
Can I change a At Work or a Business parking transaction to a private one afterwards?
As long as the parking transaction is not on the invoice, you can change the
assignment.
Go to My Pages. Tap on the three menu lines in the top right corner and select
'Parking Tickets/ Receipts'.
Search the list for the parking transaction for which you want to change the
assignment and scroll all the way to the right in the last column. Tap on the
assignment and then on 'Change Assignment'. Check if your selection has been
applied and that the assignment is displayed correctly.
