What is the difference between business parking and At work?

Business

In Business Parking, the employer manages all parking transactions and pays the monthly invoice. To park this way, the employer must invite employees via email or SMS.

When a user creates a business account, that user automatically becomes the administrator of the account. The administrator is the "owner" of the account, but the company is responsible for the payment.

The administrator decides which employees can park on the business account and can invite employees via a link or code; this is done through a back office accessible via "My Pages."

Only the administrator can invite employees, but if they need help, we can certainly assist them with the process. If they want to add more administrators who can manage the account, they need to contact us so we can help them with that.

At work

With an "At work" account, the user is responsible for their account management and payment. The paid invoice can then be submitted to the employer for reimbursement, for example, as part of an expense report.

The "At work" account is set up by the user in the app. "At work" Parking is a service for private users who want their business trips billed separately. The "At work" account is created by the user themselves.

An exception is made for the "At work" account with payment via the DKV Mobility card. In this case, each parking transaction is charged directly through the DKV Mobility card. The user does not receive an invoice.
