The main difference lies in who manages the account, where invoices are sent, and which payment methods are available:
AtWork (Individual Employees)
This service is intended for individual employees who manage their parking transactions themselves.
- Invoice & Address: AtWork invoices are sent to the email address registered in the personal account of the user. A separate company address cannot be entered here. However, you can provide a company name or a reference so that this information is noted on the invoice.
- Payment: The user is responsible for the timely payment of the invoice - for example, conveniently via a registered card or the personal DKV card. The paid invoice can then be submitted for travel expense reimbursement to the employer.
- Availability: Also available in Austria (AT).
Payment Methods:
- DKV Mobility Card: Each parking transaction is billed immediately after completion directly with DKV.
- Email Invoice: Your monthly invoice will be sent to you once a month via email.
- Debit or Credit Card: Your monthly invoice will be automatically debited once a month.
- Paper Invoice: Your monthly invoice will be sent to you once a month by post (mail fee: 2.99 EUR per letter).
Business (Central Company Billing)
This account is designed for central management and billing by the company.
- Invoice & Address: The invoices are sent centrally to the email address and company address registered in the corporate account.
- Payment: The company is directly responsible for payment. All parking transactions of the invited employees are collected and billed directly to the employer.
- Availability: Currently not yet available in Austria (AT).
Payment Methods:
- Email Invoice: The monthly invoice will be sent once a month via email.
- Debit or Credit Card: The monthly invoice will be automatically debited once a month.
- Paper Invoice: The monthly invoice will be sent by post (mail fee: 2.99 EUR per month).
