With just one Parkster account, you can park and pay in all countries where Parkster operates! Currently, parking abroad (from the same account) is only possible with a Private Account and Parkster Complete.

Start a Ticket Abroad

1. Open the Parkster app.
2. Search for the desired parking spot either via "Nearby" or by entering a city or zone code in the search field.
3. Tap the displayed zone code with the parking spot name to view the details.
4. Set your desired parking time using the slider or, alternatively, via the clock icon (Android) or calendar view (iOS). The estimated cost for the selected duration will be displayed below.
5. Tap "Next" to select your vehicle and start the parking session.

Please note: You cannot start a parking session abroad if Parkster Complete is not activated.

All costs are charged in the local currency of the country where you park.
Example: A German user parks in Sweden ➡️ the parking fee will be charged in SEK.

If you have a German or Austrian account and, for example, park in Sweden, you can choose or change one of the following payment methods before starting your parking session:

• Credit or debit card
• Apple Pay
• PayPal

When you park abroad for the first time, you need to accept the country's user agreement and privacy policy. This is only required once per country.
