Why is the button 'Choose vehicle and buy ticket' not displayed?
Check the display size settings on your screen. If it is too large, not all
areas will be visible. Reduce the view, and all controls should become visible
again.
If the display size is not the issue, please contact our customer service at
kundendienst@parkster.com.
Troubleshooting when having problems with the app
Check your internet connection: Do you have reception? Are you connected to the
internet?
You may want to restart your device and try to change your location if the
reception is poor.
Check if you have the latest app version and perform an update if necessary. All
functions should now be available again.
Check your smartphone model and the operating system. The operating system
should be at least iOS 11.0 or Android 4.1 or newer.
