Check your internet connection: Do you have reception? Are you connected to the internet?
You may want to restart your device and try to change your location if the reception is poor.
Check if you have the latest app version and perform an update if necessary. All functions should now be available again.
Check your smartphone model and the operating system. The operating system should be at least iOS 11.0 or Android 4.1 or newer.
