Nothing has been charged to my credit card. Why?

If you parked for less than 3 EUR during the monthly billing period, we will bundle up to three billing months into one invoice. If you want to settle your invoice earlier, please reach out to our customer service at kundendienst@parkster.com.

Check if you have received an email from Parkster regarding an unsuccessful credit card charge.

Check if your registered credit card is valid (exp date). Is your card 3D verified? Is it authorized for all types of transactions, such as online purchases, international transfers, etc.? Is it covered? Your bank can answer these questions.

If everything is in order but the card has not been charged, our customer service will be happy to assist you.
