Parkster always bills on the 16th of the month. Depending on the chosen payment method, you will receive your invoice via email or as a postal letter. If you have chosen to pay by credit or debit card, we will deduct your parking fees automatically.

If you have parked for less than 3 EUR, we will postpone your invoice for up to three months. The only exception is the initial invoice - this will always be sent, regardless of the total amount.

If you would like to receive your invoice immediately despite a total amount under 3 EUR, please contact our customer service at kundendienst@parkster.com.

A direct payment is only possible with Express-Parken. We accept debit cards, credit cards, GooglePay, ApplePay, and PayPal. A service fee of 0.50 EUR per parking transaction is charged for Express-Parken.
