With Parkster, you have the option to choose from various payment methods, depending on what suits you best. If you have a Parkster account, the total amount of your parking fees for the respective month will be billed to you monthly. If you prefer to pay for each parking session individually, you can do so via Expressparking – without creating an account.

Registered User Accounts

• Email Invoice - (The invoice is generated and sent to your registered email address on the 16th of each month)
  
  
• Debit or Credit Card - (VISA, Mastercard, VISA Electron, Maestro). The amount will be automatically deducted from your account on the 17th of each month. The day before, you will receive an overview of the parking fees due via email)
  
  
• Paper Invoice - (Your monthly invoice will be sent to you as a letter by post once a month. The mailing fee is 2.99 EUR per letter)
  
  

If you have registered as a Parkster user, the email invoice is set as the default. We bill your parking sessions for a billing period of 4 weeks (from the 16th to the 15th of the month) on the 16th of each month, and you will receive your invoice at the email address you provided during registration. The invoice has 14 due days. The IBAN and other important information are printed on the invoice.

With a registered Parkster account, you park at the same price as at the machine. Unless you have activated one of our paid additional services, such as Parkster Plus or Business parking. In that case, we will charge fees for the respective service.

Express Parking

• Debit, Credit Card - (VISA, Mastercard, VISA Electron, Maestro). The amount will be automatically deducted from your account on the 17th of each month. The day before, you will receive an overview of the parking fees due via email)
  
  
• Google Pay - You pay per parking session. Currently only available for Express Parking
  
  
• Apple Pay - You pay per parking session. Currently only available for Express Parking
  
  
• PayPal - You pay per parking session. Currently only available for Express Parking

A service fee of 0.50 EUR per parking session is charged for Express Parking.
