I receive an error message when I try to pay my invoice. Why?

Your bank may perform a verification of the payment recipient, and when attempting a transfer, you might see a message indicating that the recipient's name and account details do not match. Generally, you can still proceed with the payment - even if it may be flagged as "suspicious".

Originally, the service was supposed to be activated at our bank starting October 6th - however, it will officially launch on October 9th. Some banks began the transition on October 6th, which unfortunately led to unexpected issues.

From October 9th, the payment should work smoothly as intended.

We understand that this is frustrating - unfortunately, we are limited in what we can do in this case. Our payment service provider is already in communication with the bank to ensure everything runs smoothly from October 9th onward.

  2. Tap on "More"
  3. Tap on "My Pages"
  4. "Payment Method" - here you will find the payment methods and can change them according to your preferences.
