What is a long-term parking permit subscription?
A subscription allows you to automatically renew long-term parking permits (e.g., a 1-day, 1-month, or 1-year ticket). This way, you don't have to manually rebook your Ticket every month.

Please note: Subscriptions are not available in all parking zones, as this depends on the respective parking operator.

Activate subscription

• Open the Parkster app.
• Select the desired parking zone and the corresponding long-term Ticket.
• Select your vehicle.
• Slide the "Automatically renew Ticket" slider to the right.
• Complete the purchase.

End subscription

Via the app

• Open the Parkster app.
• Tap "Tickets" at the bottom.
• Select the relevant ticket.
• Tap "Cancel subscription".

Via the Website

• Log in to https://www.parkster.com/de/en/.
• In the menu, select "Subscriptions".
• Select the subscription you want to end and cancel it.
