In some parking zones, you have the option to change the license plate on a long-term parking ticket. Please note that this option is not available for short-term parking tickets.

Please note: Not every parking operator allows a license plate change in their parking zones (for example, a change is not possible in Smartparking zones). In this case, when you attempt to change it, the message "A change of the license plate is unfortunately not possible for this parking ticket" will be displayed.

If changing is allowed in your zone, you can easily do it through the app or website. Please always ensure that the correct license plate is active on the Ticket while your vehicle is parked (only one license plate can be registered at a time).

Through the App

• Open the Parkster-App.
• Go to Tickets.
• Tap on the desired long-term parking ticket.
• Tap on Change Vehicle.
• Select the desired license plate or add a new one.

Through the Website

• Open the website and log in.
• Go to Parking Transactions / Receipts.
• Click on Change License Plate for the desired parking ticket.
• Select the desired license plate.
