Parkster Neutral is our free standard private account. It is the perfect choice if you want to park without any additional fees. You only pay the official parking fees set by the respective city or operator.

Payment Methods

• Email Invoice (free of charge): Monthly collective invoice via email
• Automatic Card Payment (free of charge): Monthly direct debit via debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard)
• Paper Invoice (for a fee): Delivery by post for a fee of 2.99 EUR per invoice

Instructions

• Open the Parkster app.
• Tap "Log in or create an account" at the bottom.
• Select "Create Parkster Account" and choose "Use Parkster Neutral".
• Enter your data: Input your email address and mobile number, then tap "Create Account".
• Complete your address: Enter your name and address, select your country, and tap "Save".
• Choose payment method: Select your preferred free payment method (e.g., email invoice or card payment).

Your Parkster account is ready as soon as the confirmation message appears on the screen. Just tap "Continue" - from now on, you can park with Parkster without any additional fees!
