In some cities, free parking is offered for electric vehicles.
Please note that this is not taken into account in the app.

For example, electric vehicles in Bavaria are allowed to park for free for the first three hours starting from April 1, 2025. A parking disc must be clearly displayed on the windshield for this. It is not necessary to start the parking process via the app or a parking meter - the parking disc is sufficient.

Inspectors recognize the first three hours as free. If the vehicle is parked longer, a regular Parkticket must be purchased for the additional time.

We are not aware if similar regulations apply in other cities. Please check the official website of the respective city for accurate information.

Important: This regulation only applies to public (municipal or state) parking spaces.
Private parking areas typically do not offer this advantage.
