If a parking meter on site is defective, please contact the respective parking operator directly. In most cases, this is the city or municipality. If it is a private parking area, you can find the name and contact details of the operator on the signage at the location.

Parkster only sells digital Parktickets through the app and does not have access to the physical parking meters. Unfortunately, we cannot assist you directly with a malfunction of the meters.
