With Express-Parking, you can park immediately without having to create a Parkster account. Download the Parkster app to your smartphone. Open the app, select the country where you want to park, and tap on 'Get started!'. Select your preferred payment method. To do this, tap 'More' in the bottom right corner of the app, then tap 'Choose payment method'. In Germany and Austria, you can choose from debit or credit card, PayPal, ApplePay, and GooglePay. Enter the required information and confirm. Register your license plate(s) under 'Vehicles', 'Add new vehicle'. Now you can select the desired parking zone, enter the expected parking duration, and start the parking process by tapping 'Add vehicle and park'. A service fee of 0.50 EUR per parking transaction is charged for Express-Parking.   Do you already have a Parkster account? Here you can find out how to switch to Express-Parking.

Open the app and tap on 'Get started!'. Do you already have a registered Parkster account? Tap on 'More' in the bottom right. Under the button 'Choose your payment method', you will find the link to sign up. Tap on it, fill in your access details, and log in. Don't have a registered Parkster account and want to register? Tap on 'More' in the bottom right of the app and then on 'Choose payment method'. At the very bottom, you will find 'Create Parkster account'. Tap on it, fill in the required information, choose a password, and tap on 'Create account'. Follow the further instructions.  

Go to your Parkster account and log out.  Tap 'More' in the bottom right corner and then tap 'Log out'. Open the app, select the country where you want to park, and tap 'Get started!' Set up your direct payment method by tapping 'More' in the bottom right corner and then tapping 'Choose payment method'. Enter your license plate(s) under 'Vehicles' and 'Add new vehicle'. Now you are ready for Express-Parking. After opening the app, tap 'Get started!', select your zone, set the expected parking time, and start the parking process by tapping 'Select vehicle and park'. A service fee of 0.50 EUR per parking transaction will be charged for Express parking.

Before starting a parking session, you set your expected parking duration. Based on this time setting, the estimated total will be reserved on your chosen payment platform. After the parking session ends, the actual parked time is calculated, and the corresponding price is determined and charged. The reservation is then released. Sometimes this release can take up to five business days. This depends on the chosen provider (PayPal, credit/debit card, Google Pay, or Apple Pay) and cannot be influenced by Parkster.

As a Parkster Plus user, you can now choose whether to pay monthly or immediately after the end of your parking session. As part of your Parkster Plus membership, you can pay directly with PayPal, debit, or credit card. If you are an iOS user, Apple Pay is also available to you. Update your Parkster app. Open the Parkster app and tap on “More” at the bottom right, then tap on “My Pages.” Under Payment Method, your current payment method will be displayed. Tap on the arrow to the right of your payment method. Tap on the desired payment method under “Pay directly.” Follow the instructions and save the entered data. Your new direct payment method will be displayed under “Payment Method.” When parking, select the correct parking zone, set your expected parking time, choose the correct license plate, and start your parking session. According to the selected parking duration, a parking fee will be reserved. You can extend your parking session as usual or end it early. The actual parking fee corresponding to the parking time will be calculated and charged after stopping the parking session. The reservation will be released.
