We are sorry to see you go! You can delete your user account and data yourself or request us to do it for you.

In order for an account to be closed, there must be no outstanding fees or open invoices, no active subscriptions or permissions linked. If your account is linked to a business account, this link must be removed beforehand.

Via the App

• Open the Parkster App.
• Tap "More" at the bottom.
• Select "My Pages".
• Tap "Close Account".

Via the Website

• Log in at www.parkster.de.
• Scroll down and select "Delete Account".

Alternatively via Customer Service

You can also contact customer service at kundendienst@parkster.com to have your account deleted.
