Where can I find "My pages"?
Open the app. Tap on More at the bottom of the screen and then select 'My Pages - Manage yout account'. Alternatively, log in through the browser on our website www.parkster.de. To log in, you need either your email address or your phone number that you provided during your registration. If you can't remember your password, no problem. To reset it, click here.        
Can I register multiple email addresses for one account?
No. For each account, you can provide one email address and one phone number. If you activate our additional service Parkster Plus, you can set up a family account, allowing you to manage up to three family members. You can find out more about it here.
I need receipts, where can I find them?
Open the app and tap on 'Tickets' at the bottom of the screen. In the top right corner, you will find the heading 'Receipts'. Tap on it. Now you can see your parking receipts sorted by date. You can also find your receipts through 'My pages'. In 'My pages', tap on the menu icon in the top right corner and select 'Parkings/ Receipts'.
I have forgotten my password. How can I get a new one?

How can I change the language in the app?
You can change the language starting from iOS 13 or Android 13 through your smartphone's settings. Go to Settings on your smartphone. Navigate to Apps, select the Parkster App. Tap on 'Language'. You can choose between German, English, Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, and Spanish.
